Property Lifts Receives TÜV Certification



Property Lifts, one of the leading lift manufacturers in Bangladesh, has received the internationally recognized TÜV certification, marking a major milestone for the company and the country’s lift manufacturing industry. With this achievement, Property Lifts becomes the first and only local lift manufacturer in Bangladesh to earn this prestigious certification.

The certificate handover ceremony was held recently at the company’s manufacturing facility located at Danga Industrial Park in Kazirchar, Palash, Narsingdi. During the event, K. Nagaraj, Country Head of TÜV SÜD Bangladesh (Pvt.) Ltd., formally handed over the certification to RN Paul, Managing Director of RFL Group.

Dr. Ali Afzal, President of the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB), attended the ceremony as a special guest. Senior officials from both organizations, business partners, customers, and invited guests were also present.

Speaking at the event, R. N. Paul said, “This achievement is not only a milestone for Property Lifts but also for Bangladesh’s manufacturing sector. The TÜV certification reflects our long-standing commitment to international standards of quality, safety, and excellence. It also proves that a Bangladeshi company can produce world-class products for the global market.”
